By scheduling and approving services with Next Level Detail LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Our Commitment

We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the services we provide. If you have a concern related to the quality of our work, please notify us promptly so we may evaluate and address it when appropriate.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Next Level Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage including, but not limited to: worn or weakened interior materials, paint defects, rust, cracked or brittle trim, loose emblems, failing clear coat, window defects, or fragile components that may worsen or become more noticeable during service.

Customer Acknowledgment & Satisfaction

Final payment upon completion or pickup signifies acceptance and satisfaction with the services performed. Any concerns must be brought to our attention prior to final payment. Minor issues noticed within a few days after service may be eligible for a touch-up at our discretion.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Next Level Detail LLC is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Service Limitations

Results vary based on the condition of the vehicle. While we strive for excellence, complete stain removal, scratch correction, odor elimination, or full restoration cannot be guaranteed—especially on heavily neglected, damaged, or compromised surfaces.

Post-Service Care

Certain services, including tint, coatings, sealants, dressings, and undercoating treatments, may require specific cure times or aftercare. Next Level Detail LLC is not responsible for diminished results caused by failure to follow provided post-service care instructions.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 10% is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total balance.

We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please note that if we do not receive this notice, your deposit will become non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us manage no-show appointments effectively. Thank you for your cooperation!
